## The problem

Cold calling meant a spreadsheet, a dialer and scattered notes, and nobody could see how a shift was really going.

## What we did

-   A lead screen with a call button and one-key outcomes: interested, call back, no answer, voicemail
-   Local time and weather for each lead, so calls land at a sensible hour
-   Notes, a call script and a live transcript saved to each lead
-   A shift dashboard with dials, connections and the best hour
