Brand & Website

Look like the business you are

If your brand looks cheaper than your work, people compare you on price. We design your logo, colors and fonts, plus proposal and quote templates that match.

In plain terms

If your brand looks cheaper than your work, people compare you on price. We design your logo, colors and fonts, then the documents you send to customers, such as proposals and quotes, so everything looks like it came from one serious company.

Why this changes who calls you

Customers cannot see the quality of your work before they hire you. They see your logo, website, quote and email. If those look mismatched or dated, they assume the work is the same, and price is all that is left to compare.

The quote shows this most. It is the document that asks for money. A clear, well-designed proposal that matches your site looks like a business that has its act together. A different template every time looks the opposite.

What you get

  • Your logo in every size and format, working small on a phone and large on a van, in color and in black and white.
  • A small set of colors and fonts to use everywhere, so things match without effort.
  • A short brand guide of a few pages on how to use the logo, colors and fonts, so anyone you work with can follow it.
  • Proposal, quote and presentation templates in your brand, ready to fill in.
  • Email signatures and social images, the small pieces customers see every day.

How a project runs

  1. We ask what you do, who you serve, who you compete with and how you want to be seen.
  2. You see a small number of clear directions, with no long list to sift through.
  3. We develop the one you choose and test it on real things: a website header, a van, a quote, a phone screen.
  4. We deliver the brand: logo files, colors, fonts and the guide.
  5. We build the proposal, quote and presentation templates in the new brand.

The brand itself usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, plus 2 weeks for the templates.

Not always. If people already know your logo, a refresh often works better than starting over. If your logo works but the rest of your materials do not, we can keep it and build everything else around it. We tell you which makes sense.

Who owns the files

You do, once the project is paid. You receive the original files and not only pictures of them, so you never need us to change a color.

What we need from you

  • Your current logo and any materials you use now, even if you dislike them.
  • Examples of brands you like and ones you do not, in your industry or outside it.
  • One person to make decisions. Brand projects slow down when many people vote.

Who this suits

Businesses that do good work but feel their image undersells it, send quotes or proposals, and want a consistent look across their website, documents and social profiles.
